The KV Project® (TKVP) was founded by Kevin Vaughan in 2016, following a transformative experience where he helped a stranger through a random act of kindness. Outside of his work with The KV Project, Kevin has built a distinguished career as a business leader, luxury real estate professional, and real estate investor. He previously served as CEO of an insurtech firm, where he led growth and innovation within the industry. Alongside his leadership roles, Kevin has also built a distinguished career as a luxury realtor serving both the Georgia and Florida markets. He launched his real estate career in South Florida in 2011 and has since become a trusted specialist in high-end property sales throughout Florida and across the nation. In 2021, he broadened his expertise by joining a commercial real estate investment firm, providing clients with expanded opportunities in both residential and commercial investments. Beyond his work in business and real estate, Kevin is deeply committed to giving back and helping others, primarily through random acts of kindness. He founded The KV Project as a platform to extend his charitable efforts and inspire others to do the same, fostering a culture of generosity and community support.

Our mission is to foster a world of compassion and community by performing random acts of kindness that inspire hope, spread joy, and create positive change.
